They were married at The Rayleigh Club, Rayleigh, Essex with a very apt red theme running through all their decorations. Clare loves meerkats and thought it would be great fun to have a meerkat wedding cake, topped with a meerkat bride and groom reflecting Clare and James' wedding outfits. James is a big fan of Subaru so as Clare was having meerkats, it only seemed fair that James should have his Subaru badge on the cake as well. This unusual cake consisted of 3 tier of carrot and walnut cake and proved to be a real talking point thoughout their wedding celebrations.
