Louise and Rob celebrated their wedding at Creeksea Place in Burnham. Louise and Rob wanted a vintage feel to their wedding cake, using simple, elegant lines and feature flowers. Throughout Louise's theme, she was using string and hessian giving the whole wedding a vintage, country garden feel. I translated this theme onto the cake using sprays of icing flowers based on her bridal flowers and natural string. Each tier was a different flavour, including morello cherry and chocolate, lemon and carrot.

From start to finish, Sue gave us a personal service. We discussed ideas and once we had our wedding style, Sue helped us design our perfect cake. We chose a beautiful, simple vintage 5 tier cake which had peonies and roses to match my bouquet. Our wedding stationary, bouquets and decor all had brown string so Sue used brown string to "tie" in with our theme. We also designed our own flavours, introducing Black Forest chocolate cake- wow the flavours were amazing and be prepared to want a return trip after your taster session!!
