It's been a while since I last visited Mulberry House and once again I approached this lovely Essex venue in glorious spring sunshine, in readiness to deliver Taz and Katy's butter iced cake.
Due to Taz and Katy living some way from me, I didn't get to meet them in person, but that wasn't a problem as we chatted via facetime and email to coordinate their cake and they got to enjoy a delicious box of wedding cake samples to help them make their decisions on flavours.
They decided to opt for 2 flavours, with the top 2 tiers being chocolate sponge and the base tier being traditional sponge. The cake was then topped with a personalised decorative topper and some faux flowers which they supplied on the day, ready for me to set them on the cake.
