Jodie and Dan's Twilight wedding was at the Rochford Hotel in Essex and they opted for a cupcake display to complement their intimate wedding.
Themed in blues, their display featured a 6" round top cake in carrot sponge and then a selection of 40 cupcakes in a mix of Biscoff and white chocolate. Each of the cupcakes had a little hidden insert of crunchy Biscoff or white chocolate ganache to further enhance the flavours.
Their cupcakes were displayed in a variety of wrappers to add interest to the display, such as hand-cut hessian, lace, coordinated bows and laser cut wrappers. They were then all displayed on my popular wood slice cupcake stand. They were then topped with swirls of butter icing and delicate heart and flower icing decorations.
Due to the timings of the wedding I wasn't able to set the cakes up or take photos but Jodie kindly sent over some photos that had been taken.
